I am having a very strange thing happen with my Gmail application on my Blackberry. Everything works fine on my Blackberry and on my Gmail account, but the Gmail application has stopped showing my sent messages that were sent using my Blackberry. I will send a message from my Blackberry, it will go through and a copy will be on the Gmail server under Sent Mail on the web site... but in the application it won't show the sent message. i did a refresh, battery pull, everything. right now i just deleted the application and i am going to re-install it and see what happens.

i just wanted to throw my problem out there and see if anyone has any suggestions or if anyone has had any problems with this before.

i just re-installed the application and it's the same problem. i tried everything....even removing the account and adding it back. this is really weird...

it isn't showing sent mail from the blackberry in the Sent Mail on the Blackberry Gmail Application...but it DOES show it on the GMail server

has anyone experienced this? any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay... so the problem is not just with the Blackberry. if i use Thunderbird which is connected to Gmail via IMAP...any messages sent via Thunderbird or on my Blackberry do not appear in the Sent Mail in the GMail Blackberry Application

*** If anyone uses the Gmail application on their Blackberry , if you could try sending an email from your BIS account or your Outlook or Thunderbird Gmail IMAP account...and tell me if the sent message appears in the Sent Mail in the Gmail application...it would be greatly appreciated!



WHERE ISSUE STANDS: Gmail Application on the Blackberry DOES NOT show any mail sent from IMAP sources such as Thunderbird, Outlook, or BIS...but the message appears on the www.gmail.com server
