Default err do I have a BIS account??

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys, firstly I appologise for what I am about to say, new to all this BB stuff, and am in the UK

Anyways, I got connected to Vodafone with a compulsory email data package. I set the phone up to recieve my gmail emails, and everything is working fine. However, I'd like to set up a filter to stop recieving emails which I send from the Blackberry (they pop up back on the screen as a new message). In order to do this, i need to log into my BIS account...but Vodafone provided NOTHING but the BB box when I recieved the phone. Not even confirmation of my talkplan...

How do I find out my BIS username and password? I refuse to phone Vodaphone as their CS stinks, and I normally end up in a 15 minute loop which takes me back to the (automated) main menu...

Have you checked out the FAQ? I think there is a link to the various BIS sites.

A filter might be your answer, but most probably, you have AUTO BCC turned on.
