Default Meeting scheduling with outlook problem - 11-14-2007, 09:24 AM

In outlook when scheduling a meeting you can add a resource (i.e. uksalesboardroom) and this will book the boardroom for you, how can you add a resource on a Blackberry?

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

Can you explain a bit more what you are talking about?
Based on what I understand, I am not aware of any program.

Yer sorry i should've been abit more clear. I'm talking about when you schedule a meeting using outlook, on the microsoft exchange server. When you add attendees to the meeting, you can change one of them to a resourse E.G our Sales Boardroom. Then this will show you if someone else has booked it for the time you plan on holding the meeting. I'm trying to find out if, and how you can do this on a blackberry using its software.
