Default Trouble opening an excel spreadsheet

Please Login to Remove!

ON a regulart basis am I receiving messages in which an excel spreadsheet is embedding, so not attached. The excel piece is not displayed on the BB. Any settings that I can make so that I can read this ?

Welcome to the Forums.

Your sender will need to start attaching the spreadsheet. BlackBerrys do not read HTML mail, only text.

Use BeamBerry to view an Excel spreadsheet.

I don't think you can even open it either unless you have a 3rd party program such as eOffice.

i have have had excel sreadsheets mailed and i can open them with no problem. i can't edit them. they come as an attachment not embedded.
