I am a BES admin. I had to wipe a user's device yesterday, and after the fact he remembers he was using the password keeper, and had like 50 passwords therein. Considering the device was wiped, it is no longer on the device, and there was no local backup using Desktop Manager.

Is this password keeper information somehow backed up in the user's state information on the BES in the BESMGMT SQL database or somewhere, or is the user just out of luck?

Rut roh..... so long as the user hasn't been removed from the BES you *should* be able to reactive the device and get the info back. If that doesn't work, you could try activating a spare device to get the password keeper data (since sometimes not all the data will repopulate on the same device), then activate the original device.

If you've removed him from the BES, he's SOL.
