Default How to avoid duplicate contacts from multiple address books

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that has a 7520, using BES, and is connected to 6 different address books. The problem is that if there are the same contacts (with the same name and/or company name) in multiple adddress books, they will duplicate on her BB, even though Duplicate Contacts are set to NO on her BB unit. She has 4.2.2 Desktop software and the latest handheld software. Is there anyway to prevent this? I know the best option is to get rid of the duplicate contacts in all of the address book, but we can't do that immediately. Is there a newer unit where this won't happen?

Thanks,
Farrah
