I keep getting errors that I cannot login when I go to BIS Support online:

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular

Anyone else experiencing this?

Is there an alternative link?

I am seeing this in firefox, firefox with internet explorer tabs and with internet explorer.

I just logged into my account from your link (firefox here)... Do you need to have your password re-sent to you?

Default Wow, you're fast..

I don't understand the question, sorry.

I was on the site last night. Just can't get on now.

Yes, I have set up passwords, email settings etc. previously (if that is what you mean).

I reworded the question.

Since you don't say... What exact errors are you getting.

I just signed on again from your link. It is working. Try clearing your cookies from your browser.
