Default BB Data Plan - T-Mobile! Unlimited?! HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I just got the curve 8320, but no data plan. The thing is I added the plan for a day to get all the service books, and then canceled it. After canceling, AIM and everything worked fine after adding the Feature Enabler. But the thing is that everything like GMail, Google Maps, Opera, etc still work over EDGE network. Am I getting charged for this? Is there anyway to check? That was first question.

Secondly, I am thinking about adding unlimited data plan to my voice plan since i don't have internet at home, and using curve as a modem (bluetooth or usb) to connect laptop to internet. Is that in anyway possible? Can someone guide me how to do that? Also, I read somewhere that even to unlimited data plan, there's so sort of limit to it? Is that correct? Will I be able to download big files (>50 MB) without any problems?

Thanks,
SW

Using BlackBerry As Modem - BlackBerryFAQ

All your other apps are likely working over TCP and you will likely get charged for that data. You can check your bill at http://www.t-mobile.com.
