Default new to the board ned help with curve

Please Login to Remove!

hey everyone- I am new to this board. My buddy gave me a 8300 Curve from t mobile for a present. Never had one before!

Do I need a smart media card to play songs on my computer? Or, can I just transfer songs to my device from my computer without a smart card?
I have many more questions but maybe I can start there! Thanks so much..

You will need the media card because your device does not have adequate space for that type of storage.

I agree. The device memory is limited so you should pick up a microSD card for storing pictures and music and videos.

I would recommend maybe a 2GB or 4GB microSD card. I am upgrading my 1GB card to 2GB.

It really depends on how much music, ringtones, etc you plan to put there. But as much as you can afford and then buy it even bigger. The 4 gb will work, not sure about the 6 or 8 gb cards.
