So heres the deal blackberry using the redirector software, its sending and recieving just fine, except to one person. That one person hes been able to send to before, but now when he tries to send from the blackberry it goes through and shows a blue check mark....and about 10-15 seconds later shows a red x, and the person never gets the email, and if he sends it from outlook then it works just fine.

Outlook is also operating off of exchange.

I've regenerated keys manually, and ive also reactivated. Is this between the blackberry and the computer? He is just pressing reply and not changing the email address at all, I did it myself as well.

Any Ideas?

When the message turns to a red x, it will show the error if you open it. Have you looked at that?

Not yet, will do that the moment he gets back in the office, I didnt realize it would have an error, thanks

Okay, so he can email to people outside of our work domain, but when he emails inside the domain, he gets this as the error "error - decryption error"

Now would he have to regenerate keys manually everyday, I would rather him not have to do that, but it certainly doesnt seem happy with the automatic regeneration of keys.

Interesting, huh? Just to be sure, is all of the mail he is able to send successfully sent through the "Desktop" (i.e., redirector), and not through the Web Client?
