Default Help with 7520 Nextel

Please Login to Remove!

I have not been able to go to any websites via my blacberry for at least a day. My email that normally gets forwarded is not working, and my desktop snyc will not work. I get the following error message. "The specified Intellisnyc Configuration is invalid". I have reloaded desktop mananger at least twice. Still nothing. Any ideas? By the way, these are all things that were working a couple of days ago. Thanks.

I am having the same problem. The Internet Browser will not connect. My phone functions, and my DC works, I get voice mail, but no internet browsing or email forwarding. I found it odd that I did not receive any emails today, so I checked using my PC on Outlook, and I did have emails that have not been forwarded. Something a little strange, WAP sites are working. I have Webviewer for Reqwireless and it is working and connecting to the web fine. I have not yet called Nextel.

Thanks. I was not sure what was wrong, but I am surprised that I have not seen more about this on this site. Seems like alot of people would be realizing that their BB is not working.
Other than the obvious (it is not working), how did you find out that BWC is down?? Is there a place on the web for the status?? I went to the BB web client page, and there is no mention that I can find that the BWC is down. I wonder how long this will be down? Being a new customer, I wonder how common this situation is??

I figured out my sync problem. I needed to download the service pack. Now works fine.

BWC hasnt been down for me at all my unit has recieved mail flawlessly since the day I bought it in Febuary.
