I have several exceutives who would like to be able to have a single list of contacts that they can all update that would sync to all of thier Blackberries. Does anyone hava any idea how this can be accomplished?

Server - BES 4.0
Devices are a mix of 3.8 and 4.0 Cingular and Verizon

Public folders! Create a contact list in public folder and then they can sync to that. They can't wirelessly sync to public folders but it will work.
