When sending an item from Outlook, 4.0 shows it on the device with a checkmark. In prior version, only sent from the device showed. How can I change this so sent items from Outlook do not show up on the BB?

Go into Messages
Click the track wheel, goto options
Chooese E-mail Settings
Click the track wheel, choose folder redirection
Expand mailbox
Uncheck Sent items.
Save

When we called support on this and complained that this procedure didn't work, they told us to turn wireless reconsile off and on, then follow this procedure and then it worked.

I have a client who doesn't want the messages sent from the Blackberry to appear in the messages list on the Blackberry but does want them to show up in the desktop inbox! Anyone know if this option is available?
