We have a few people in the office on BBerrys with various providers. My question is basically what is the best option to implement BES for those using Blackberrys.

I looked into a BES hosting service & it seems that you need to have them host your email as well, & they limit you to certain size contraints (approx 250mb).

Basically what have the forum members found is the best way to implement BES in your office & what are the pros/cons & requirements for the implementation method?

You can use the redirector and go w/o a BES, unless you want the wireless syncing and attachment viewing. Otherwise, the BES Small Business is your best bet.

If you have 5 people w/ BBs, the BES Small Business will only cost you 260ish per person, which is about what they'd spent on Hosted BES for a year.
