still having problems with sms not naming the recipent.
 

hi cant figure this one out with my pearl:

if the sms/messages list, when communicating with sms to a mobile number i need both styles of number saved in the address book eg.

+61424165169 and 0414165169

if i dont the number not entered into the address book will be displayed instead of the persons name. when i RECEIVE an sms its displayed as +61424165169 when i send an sms its displayed as 0424165169.

anyway to get BB to recognise +61425165169 as 0424165169 so i dont need two entries?

Yes, you need to setup your Smart Dialing, as descibed here:
(and also remove the entries to your Address Book with the prefixes).
