Noticed today since noon all Gmail was getting delayed. Now it seems the BIS is down again - no emails getting to my BB using my vzw.blackberry.net address.

This is not good for RIM. Too many outages.

I've been in meeting all day and can't say there wasn't a blip sometime, but I have been getting email throughout the day.

Well I did a Network Registration (got that) and resent service books (didn't get them). Maybe a VZW BIS problem?

I'm having problems as well. I'm getting emails fairly quick through my yahoo email account, but emails to my blackberry.net email account are not coming through. I'm on AT&T in the Milwaukee, WI area.

Nothing in, 20 min delay going out here

I pulled my battery and that didn't help. Sent service books again...... nothing yet.

Talking to AT&T for one of my users, there is a data outage in Utah and Illinois and some other areas. He did not specify any others.

Well it must be wider than that. Nothing here in Philly on VZW.

VZW user in San Francisco here. BIS is not delivering my GMail or Yahoo-hosted email. Sent Service Books and they were never delivered. No bueno!

It has been slow here in Alaska also. It has been taking around a hour for some emails.

Good Stuff Audit! But how in the world can it be a Severity 3?!?!?!

just got off the phone with ATT after trying 17 different numbers they have a messed up data phone and internet system. Ive tried 611 411 and the operator all says system busy.
They have no time frame for getting it up they told me Georgia and Carolinas for sure but may reach further.

Sprint MN -- no emails since 5 PM CST, but I know some are there. Browser works.

Just got one email in on my vzw.blackberry.net account...... 1 hr 38 minutes late.

spoke to Tmobile and RIM Rep. he says they are brining down BIS for restore.

Their stock had a bad day as well. Down almost $10 and was discounted by an investment firm. This kind of outage (again, again) won't help.

No emails via BIS sent 330pm in Kansas. Called TMo and confirmed, all is well with them, I am getting gmails, guess that leaves....

Id say it doesnt have anything to do with RIM this is the phone companys issue

BIS down in Nebraska (Alltel)

Last night my daughter could not send me an email using Gmail from her dorm room to my Comcast email address. It appears to have started working around 1:30 PM this afternoon. There is no connection to BlackBerry with this problem.

However, she was about to send me an email using Gmail to my BlackBerry last night. Go figure.

Also have a friend here in NJ with AT&T which is slow too...

Could not even send service books.

Its more than a carrier issue. All these observations show most NA carriers are affected.

ATT down in Nashville as well. Which is a bummer because we are here on business, and really need them to work this week!!!

Service books came through about 5 minutes after sending them. Not getting email for a couple of hours. I'm in New Jersey at the moment using AT&T.

I have 17 favorites and this is what I get when I try to go to any of them but this one lol very strange
