Default Transfer old messages to Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

Equipment

BES 4.0
Exchange 5.5
BB 7250's (4.0)

Just trying to get my head around some of the finer details. I have setup a Blackberry for one of the users in our corporation, I did a Enterprise Activation which sync'd up his last 2 days of messages but I only did Inbox and Sent Items not any of his sub folders. He asked to have a subfolder included in the sync which I have turned on - the question now is can any of the messages that were in this folder be sync'd to the Blackberry or only new messages that come from this point on. Let me know

Thanks

Kevin

You could reactivate after the sync change... You could also change the settings on the BES to get more than 2 days before you do. It's just usually not worth the trouble. I would just say no and stick with the:
