Default Outlook 2007 Synch Problem

I recently got a new PC and upgraded to Windows XP and Outlook 2007. All of my data from Windows 2000/Outlook 2003 was transferred. Here are my issues:
  • Appointments or new contacts added since upgrade will not synch from PC to Blackberry
  • When I clear the calendar database on my Bb and calendar is empty and I resynch, appointments and contacts added prior to upgrade transfer but none of those added after
  • If I add a new appointment or contact on the Bb and synch, I am prompted to accept the new data to Outlook but new appointment or contact is not visible in Outlook
  • If I delete the new appointment or contact on the Bb and synch, it recognizes the deletion of the data I never even saw

I have a Bb8700 from TMobile and am running DM 4.2.2.14 (non BES). From other posts on this subject, I have deleted the folder C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Research In Motion to have synchronization data reconfigured but to no avail. Could it have something to do with the MS Outlook Connector? Ideas?
