Default Call forward-conditional...what does that mean?

When I press send and the number dials on my 7100t it says "call forward-conditional" What does that mean.

The Call Forwarding thing is normal. Happens on my Nokia 6230, my Blackberry 7280 and all other phones. As someone posted, it just tells you that you have forwarding to voicemail on so if someone calls you while you're on this call and you don't pick up, it'll go to VM. If you turn it off, you won't get that message but you won't get VM either
