Angry How can I stop this?

Please Login to Remove!

When I first set up the Blackberry I tried using the Redirect option - This didnt work out for me so I have now ended up using the Internet mail option which is cool enuff.

However I am continually getting emails from

[email address]

With a subject line looking like this:

RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2

And the Message is :
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Handheld and an
associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message -
it will be processed by the server.

Anyone know how I can stop these - I am guessing they are to do with the redirect software, as thats when the 1st email appeared - but I have unistalled that now.

Thanks

M

you have the redirector running still or you have tried to activate enterprise thats what the mail looks like when you do one or both of those things

Go into options, and enterprise activation. Click the wheel and cancel.

I am the manager at the first BB store in the country and in my experience with that message i have found that it does have to do with the redirector. However once removed and corrected I found that deleting all the service books and re-adding them helps to eliminate those messages. Hope that helps!!

The specific service book you need to remove from the handheld is Desktop [CMIME]

Ok people. here is what you need to do:

1. Un-install the desk manager.

2. Next upgrade to the latest software for the desktop manager (install using POP3)
instead of Re-direct, and OS for your BB.

3. When you have done that, make sure that under Options, you set the "Message Services" to Webclient.

4. Shutoff the Blackberry, Reboot the computer

5. Login to your Webclient and re-send your Service Book and Internet Book

Hope that helps.

Well I believe this will work.

If you have Nextel 7520 go to: https://www.blackberry.com/SoftwareD...ient=biTZdMddN

Cingular or T-Mobile? Well I am guessing that
The link above will work.

When you install the Desktop software you get some options.

If you use POP3 for your email then you need to install it for Internet Service
