Default Service Books & Outage Notifications

2 quick questions:

What is the process in BES 4.0 to "push" out service books to a device? Somehow a users BB lost a service and I need to send it to his handheld. I hope I am making sense.

Also, is there a way to get Service Providers (T-Mobile, Cingular, Verizon, etc) BB outage notification emails?

Go to the BES Manager, highlight the user and under IT Admin click on Resend Service Book
