A large yellow arrow has popped up on my screen and I'm trying to figure out what it means and how to get rid of it. This is not the missed call indicator (struggled with that previously). This is a solid arrow pointing up. It's over the antenna. When I try to access email, I'm in some sort of "select" mode. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

What device and carrier do you have?

I'm experiencing the same problem, and can't fix it.

What do you know.. I got i.. it's the shift key next to the space bar.. when in email messaging.. pressing it turns into that 'multiple select' mode. but you can't get out of it unless you are still in messaging. In the meantime is seems to disable the numbers when trying to make a phone call.

btw.. this is all on the 7100.

Call Blackberry support on this and she had me "reboot" by removing battery and leaving out for 20 seconds. After replacing battery and about a 4 minute hour glass icon, I turned on the radio and it is now working normally.
