I have a 8100 and look after multiple 8707g, 8800 etc
My phone rings 5 times before it diverts to voicemail whilst some other peoples phone rings twice before diverting.

I would like to increase their phone to ring 5 times as well before diverting, does anyone know how to do this? I've searched on my phone and can't find any options to increase it.

We have a BES, but i don't think this affects the number of times it rings.

I know that T-Mobile Germany has a code that you can typ on your BB to set this.

But to be sure call your provider, because this is a Account setting for the Simcard, not on the BB itself

PS: For T-Mobile DE this is: **61*<voicemail number>**<ringtime in sec(max 30)># call accept button
