Default Web Site as Launchable Icon on Home Ribbon?

Please Login to Remove!

So,

I would like to associate a name and icon to a web-site. This would be handier than the nested bookmarks inside of the browser. Is this possible?

Thanks...
Brent

I'd like to see a solution for this as I heavily rely on the Houston Real Time Traffic maps (http://traffic.houstontranstar.org/mobile/maps.aspx).
