Default Message Services option doesn't show up

Please Login to Remove!

I was just wondering if anyone knew any information on this. When you click on Messages from the home page, then click the trackwheel and select Options, and then select Email Reconciliation. There used to be an option called "Message Services" on our handheld, but now it is gone. Before, we were able to switch between Desktop and Web Client on this Message Services option. Is this a setting that is set by the wireless carrier(Sprint, Verizon, etc.)? Do you have to sign up for a "Web Client" account at the carrier to have this option show up? Finally, is the Desktop option set as the default? Sorry for all the questions, thanks for any help.

This sounds like your service books are missing.

Go to this link and it will show you how to set up your web client -->
