Cool Blackberry icon

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Rim957 which is one of the older Blackberries. ON the screen where you see a notice you have email there is another icon below it that looks like an open book. I am not sure what this indicates and am curious if anyone knows.
We do use Exchange with a redirector server. The unit has been synchronized with the desktop software.

Any help would be appreciated!

Default

I think the open book refers to a service book.

Go to Options > Service Book..
you can accept it there
