I am connected to a BES using Lotus Notes 6.5. Question - I can see all the folders in my mailbox from my desktop on my blackberry but I can not see anything in any of them (lots of mail present on the desktop). I went to the desktop manager and under re-director advanced tab and tried to change the folder list from inbox to list but all I ever get is an error saying the "list of folders is currently unavailable". Is it possible to look at other folders besides the inbox remetely from Lotus Notes?

On your BlackBerry, you need to select the folders you want redirected to it. Once you redirect them, they will show up on the BlackBerry.

Sorry I do not follow that exactly where do I select the folder on the BB? I can view the folder on my BB but have no other options and it is always empty.

On the BlackBerry, go to Messages --> Options --> EMail Settings

Click on the Scroll Wheel, choose Folder Redirection, and check all the folders you want redirected into your BlackBerry.

Sorry to be so dense but still don't see the option. Maybe it is not available on mine. Under Messages--> Options I have only two choices: General Options and Email Reconcillation. Don't see anything about folders under either of these. Under Messages I do have "view Folder" where I see all the folders (all empty) but no options their either. Guess I am out of luck.
