Someone help me please.

Ive installed and uninstalled this product twice. After a couple of days, it forgets the settings. Its not coming on apon "On User Activity", which is fustrating me.

Please help!

Strange, maybe there's something corrupt on your BlackBerry, have you checked if you are running the latest firmware for your device?

I upgraded my BB software and in the process trashed my BB light settings. check your settings if you has done a system os upgrade.
