my BB 7730 decided to forget all emails while standing in his docking station.

Is there any way to synchronise my outlook mailbox with the BB so I can load up my mails from the inbox and from the sentbox?

No.

Intellisync does not "sync" email. You cannot use it to copy email from one location to another.

Only thing you can do is maybe forward those emails to yourself.

Did you have the Desktop Manager running? Do you have it set not to deliver messages while it's cradled?
