I have a user that uses tasks daily but they are not syncing. He has tasks on Outlook that don't show on his BB and tasks on his BB that don't show in Outlook.

Any suggestions?

New MAPI profile in Outlook. If you are using Exchange just make a new connection to the user's mailbox and set it as Outlook's default.

Then change the profile being used for all the PIMs
