No, those are the FiveFavs icons.

The wallpapers are in this cod file: "net_rim_bb_medialoader_320x240_b.cod" on OS 4.5, and similarly named in 4.2 and below.

why doesn't bb just give us more internal memory AND a memory card slot too!?

You can't add more internal memory to an already built device. New devices are coming out with more memory. The 8330 has 96Mb.
