Somewhere along the way I found the accuweather push service where you get a weather icon on your home screen. Though the software is very nice, I am tired of having it on my home screen. If I go to the internet browser, I can delete the browser channel there, but as soon as the weather service pushes again, the icon is back on my home screen. Can someone please help me get this thing off permantly?

You must go to mobile.blackberry.com and unsubscribe from it.

once you are on the mobile.bb site go towards the bottom where it says push services. Then accept the long disclaimer on the bottom.
You end up at a page that says :

accuweather add
your cit, state edit delete

highlight delete and push the tracball.

it is done! you are unsubscribed


Oh, then go to your browser bookmarks and delete the channel. all done!
