Default yahoo mail on BB handheld

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 8700 with BES. I have set up the handheld to download my yahoo mail. The problem is that all yahoo mails also got into my bes mailbox (only on the handheld). My bes mails stay in the bes mailbox. If I deleted a mail from one mailbox it would be deleted from the other too. Of course, it happens only on the handheld, not really in the yahoo mailbox. How can I make my download yahoo mail stays in the yahoo mailbox on the BB handheld, not getting a copy in bes mailbox?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know where to find the general message folders. On my 8700 (with T-Mobile, running ver. 4.2.1.107) there are two icons on the default screen, one for BES and one for Yahoo.com. They also show up under Applications. The problem is that yahoo mail also showed up in my BES mail on the handheld too.

try to unhide all icons and see if you have any hidden mail icons.
