Default A little help for a newbie

Greetings folks, I recently started at a new company that is using blackberries and BES, and I get to be responsible for them. today I have a situation where most of the BBs are working just fine, but one has not received any mail since yesterday. I have checked the basic settings on the device and the server and only find one difference from other users. It is showing Wireless Message Reconciliation as disabled.
I have sent a message from the server via PIM and it gets received, but emails do not. Any suggestions?

user device is a 7290 and BES version is

What happens when the user tries to send email? If it fails then check the message status of the email on the device. Just open the failed message and scroll up to find it. That might give you some clue as to why it failed. Reconciliation is for syncing the changes between the device and Outlook, like read/unread. Not a big deal. Whats the users status on the BES? Running? Does it show any pending mail in the BlackBerry Manager for that user?

Have you tried reactivating the user? That might fix it as well.
