Default Getting rid of "Sent from my Blackberry"

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know another way to get rid of the "Sent from my Blackberry" tag line on emails? I did try the method suggested in the FAQ, but since I'm unable to access email settings on the T-mobile BIS, that doesn't work. Using the "Setup Internet Email" link on the device, I'm able to access the settings, but I can't actually change the signature. Any attempt to delete just acts as a "back" command and takes me to the previous screen.

Go to Messages>Click the trackwheel/trackball>Options>Email Settings. You will see the signature there. Either edit it or select the option not to use it.

That should take care of it.

Nope, it's not there. Maybe it's different on T-mobile.

Yes. I always get

"We apologize, you do not have access to the My E-mail service.
Please use the e-mail solution provided with your wireless handheld." But I can't make the changes from the handheld.

Can you try using the BB handhelp to access the site one time?
I think once you initially log in using the handheld, the web will work from the pc.

Ahaaaa....the problem was that T-mobile hadn't actually linked my online account to the BB, maybe because I was already hooked up with the Sidekick. That's why I was unable to access email settings. When I chose "Phone and Accessories" I was asked to indicate which phone I'm using, and after that I could get to settings. Thanks for the help!
