Thumbs up Desktop Manager Problems

Desktop Manager, BB Curve 8300

I have the Desktop Manager configured not to confirm record deletion or record changes and additions however when I sync it still stops and I have to click a box says it's okay to make these changes. I want it to do everything automatically. What am I doing wrong?
