I had a 8100 Blackberry Pearl with Cingular on a corporate BES server that was purchased around March of 07. I have since switched to a 8130 Pearl with Verizon. I wiped the Cingular Pearl completely (killed the OS totally and had to load it from scratch) and gave it to someone. They took it to Cingular today to activate it. Cingular couldn't setup the user's email because they said the Blackberry was already setup and had a BIS user name and password. They referred me to

When I did I got the following message "Your account has been suspended. Please contact the system administrator.". Of course the account is probably suspended since I ported the cell phone number from Cingular to Verizon! Anyone know what can be done so the old Cingular 8100 Pearl can be reused? The people at the Cingular store seemed pretty clueless. Thanks!!
