I have Opera Mini installed but it doesn't show up in any application list. It is fully functional so its not a ghost icon. I'm lost. Why doesn't it show up?

Have you tried a hard reset after installation? Battery pull while the phone is on. Otherwise, go into your applications list and Menu>Show All. Does it appear?

Am i correct to assume that:

1. It opens and connects to a website?
2. It has an icon, or some other way to open it?
3. It is NOT listed in: Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications?
4. You have dynoplex e-office installed?

If you answered YES to these, especially #4, then I have the same issue. It seems that opera is installed as part of e-office, but not an individual application.

I would LOVE to figure out how to remove opera WITHOUT harming e-office.

Yes, I have eOffice installed. I've tried a battery pull and it's still there. Argh!

Edit: yes to all 4. I think eOffice is the culprit.

Go to Options - Advanced Options - Applications - bring up the menu and choose Modules - find the file that starts with operettxxx and delete the version that has a 3.x.
