I've started to get Spam all of a sudden and wanted to know how I can get it stopped being pushed to my browser or how I can block it?

Spam is getting pushed to your browser or to your email?

If to your browser, I have no idea what you mean.

To your email, place a spam filter on your email server. That is the best method there is, to kill the spam before it gets to you.

If you are using a [email address] address, don't. They famously attract spam because the spambots out there easily create addresses based on the blackberry.net address.

More detail about how the spam is getting to you and how you are configured would help.

if its via text message there is nothing you can do about it, other than threaten the sender
Try this:
Cell Phone Harassment
