Iphone may be right for you. Blackberries are known best for their email capabilities. They are getting better with their multimedia abilities but it is not what they do best.

trailmix9, as Soxfan says, blackberrys are known best for email, and in fact email is the heart of the device. If audio/video is your priority, then blackberry may not be right for you. Best thing is to play with one. But be warned: BlackBerrys are different. Clear your mind of what you think it should be and do when you do give one a shot.

I just upgraded to a Blackberry Pearl 8130 and it's great for photos, vids and especially music. The menu system for the music is like the iPod I used to have. I use if for audio books. Music can be bought and downloaded right to my Pearl from Spring music. I can also take a pic with the 2mp camera or take video with sound and email it as an attachment. I love it. Did I mention that I get TV on my Pearl. I can pretty much do everything my friends Iphone does but faster and with push email. I have to point out that I'm on the Sprint network which is fast.
