I callled because my data coverage is getting worse. I don't think my house has increased cellular deflection whie I was sleeping.
What they did was kill my data coverage completly.
Finally I was able to reprositin my data and get back online.
Nothing against Sprint. Its tech support that ticks me off. I guess you need to talk to the right person. Call and call until I get the person who knows what they are doing.
That's why I have the owner of my company's ISP personal number. I also know who to ask for by name if we have trouble.
The question is, what is the best way to bypass tier one support and get to the people who know their stuff?
