Default Just had the weirdest thing hapen....

My 8320 Curve was sitting on the table next to me when all of a sudden the LED went red, steady for about three seconds or so. The screen then came on white for a few seconds after which the normal display appeared. It indicated no network. A second or so later, it showed a connection to GSM, followed by a connection to 'edge' followed by a connection to 'EDGE' after it found my home router and connected to my home wireless network. The whole sequence lasted about 10 - 15 seconds. I wouldn't call it a reboot since it happened so fast.

I've been having UMA issues the past couple days in that I cannot connect even though I have an active connection to my router. I just attributed that to the bad weather. Tonight we have a pretty bad snow and ice storm being driven by 40+ mph winds.

I just charged the phone this morning followed by a battery pull. Any suggestions as to what might've just happened?

No but if it does it again and it's under warranty I would head straight to the carrier store for an exchange.

Hope it's just a freak thing!

Good Luck!

I've had a few random reboots on mine. Doesn't happen often enough to be an issue, though. Not sure what yours was.

Wirelessly posted (8320: BlackBerry8320/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Ya sounds like just a random reboot... Hasn't happened on my 8320 but happened on my 8100 a couple times...
