Default No alerts/tones/etc. for one of my two e-mail accounts

Please Login to Remove!

I have two e-mail accounts pushed to my Pearl. I have a tmo.blackberry e-mail address that works perfectly fine, it's my POP'd e-mail account that I don't get any alerts for. I went into my profiles and under the advanced settings, I have options to set alerts for "Level 1 Messages" and "Messages [...@tmo.blackberry.net]. I have both set identically. Am I supposed to have another options for "Messages [the@other.email]? It would be nice to get some type of indication I got a message on my second and more active e-mail account. Right now I don't have a tone, vibration, or even the LED. It does pop up the little new message Icon at the top, but nothing else. Any ideas beyond the battery removal I've done thrice? BTW... someone needs to make a battery pull animated icon.

You need to go into your Profiles to set up notifications for each email account.

That's the problem, it only shows one e-mail account in my profiles screen... the tmo.blackberry one. How do I get my other e-mail account to show up while editing profiles?

Do you see a separate icon for the other account? Are you able to send email AS that other account? Sounds like the service books for that account are not on the device.... maybe try resending the service books, too.

Look at Options > Advanced > Service books. If the POP account is NOT listed there (with the email @ address), you don't have it on your BB.

Thanks guys, that was it, the service books. I never thought to check them since I've been receiving e-mails from that account. Resent my service books now everything is A-OK.
