Default Calendar status in Outlook

Hi, all. I've been using Blackberry for years, but never noticed before that when I schedule a recurring meeting with my 7290, my work colleagues see my meeting, but my time is listed as 'free' in the free/busy information. This is not the case if I schedule a one-time meeting. And I believe that if I schedule a meeting with others, my time will also appear as busy. But if I just schedule my own standalone meeting, the time shows as free.

In my business, my calendar is everything, and others assume that if I don't have time marked as busy, then they are free to schedule me via Outlook calendar (yes, sucks, but such is life). So, I really need to know how to set this so that any time I schedule a meeting, my time shows as busy.

I'm on a 7290 with a BES, and on software version 4.0. Thanks for your suggestions....

I doubt there is much you can do. Maybe even a problem with BES - Engage your helpdesk.
