Hey everyone. I have a question. I have a user that is in Brazil and when he tries to connect to our Enterprise Server he gets a Server not responding, Please contact your administrator error. I had him talk to his provider (Thinking it might be his data plan), Claro, and he said that they want me to associate our mail server to his PIN and IMEI number. That can't be the issue as i have never had to set anything up with a users PIN or IMEI number. I tested it with AT & T provider here in the US and his account worked fine. Am I correct when I still think it is something that has to do with his provider?
