I have noticed lately that email delivery time for all my BIS accounts are almost instant! Some used to take up to 15 minutes. Not anymore, they are all running about 1 minute delay at max! Anyone else notice this lately?

It's still very slow for me.

As far as I know, the rules for standard BIS push email are:
- if a new msg has just been delivered, check and push again in 2mins. repeat if check pushes additional emails
- if no new msgs have been pushed, check again in 15mins

maybe Verizon is doing something new / upgraded and are using you as a guinea pig? :P

It is within minutes here in Tampa where I am. I had a Blackberry in the past and no problems. I just recently got the 8310 and within 2-3 minutes emails arrive.

Yes, I just recently got the 8130 on Verizon and this is when I noticed the big difference.

My Gmail account is almost instant - wifes AOL account has about a 10-15 minute delay however.

AOL takes almost forever

No changes here. Works like described above for my POP accounts.
