i am looking for a way to wirelessly sync 2 separate BB 8800 from 1 outlook/exchange account using BB server 4.1

No can do.
Only 1 BES account per device.
Only 1 device per mailbox.

understood. guess i'm looking for a creative way to sync 1 mailbox to 2 so that the bbs can hit 2 separate.

Can you use BIS to do it? Should be able to have any number of BBs hit a POP account.
