I have recently replaced my BB 8800. When I access Hotmail, everything (emails, and options such as new, previous, next, refresh, etc) all are listed in blue and underlined. There is nothing else. While I can access the emails and activate the options, it is not the same interface on my old unit.

For instance, there is not a square box next to the the email so you can select the email to delete or move it. Nor is there any indication such as the header being in bold to indicate it is a new message.

MSN IM Messenger is about the same. It lists my contacts all in blue font and only has the status in parens after the contact name. They are not grouped by either online or offline etc.

Does anyone know why this bare interface comes up when I try to access the applications? Do I need to either select some option to see the better interface or download something???
