Default Yahoo! GO screen frozen

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 8703E that has the Y! GO screen frozen & Tech.Support did not know how to resolve this. I've already attempted re-booting, looked through FAQ's here & the store for my carrier where I bought this device (Verizon) doesn't know what to do either otherthan to tell me to call Tech Sup which I've done. Any advice?
Thanks..

Attempted rebooting? Simply remove the battery from the device when it lockes up, hold for 30 seconds, replace and reboot.

Done.

I had this happen to my 8830. I had to reboot< it was still frozen< so I went to the home screen. I uninstalled Yahoo Go, and re-installed it.
Haven't had the probvlem since.

Yup reboot Y.GO can resolve the issue but not necessarily!! try to install old version and check if its working and ask for update this can also help.

Thumbs up Bb8703e

THANK YOU ALL!! The procedure of un-installing Yahoo! GO, then re-installing the program cleared up the problem of having that screen frozen.
