With a little bit of encouragement i am now taking the steps to returning this blackberry 8700C to the owner. Ass of now i am doing it through the postal service and att.

I can imagine what its like to lose your child and im excited to see/hear the reaction of the owner getting it back.

I plan on keeping everyone updated.

Im gonna miss it because it tought me how amazing blackberrys really are.

I wont miss it because my curve is in the mail as we speak.

The AT&T site has the 8700c for $299 list, $199 w/2 year activation, $99 net of rebates.

Only one left at the $599 price. Better jump on it fast.

its got to either be a typo, or its unactivated. There is absolutely NO reason that that phone should be $600 even unactivated.

While obviously your moral obligation should be to call the carrier and report it found, the US Postal Service will certainly find less humor with your dishonesty and your theft. Even in your mailbox, without your name on it, it is tampering with the US mail and they take those things quite serious.

Just do what you know is right and return it. You do know what is right from wrong, don't you?

Oh, and BE SURE not to use the BB.. no phone calls or data, because AT&T can track what device IMEI it is coming from.

You have already? Oh darn.

Thief.
